Job Description

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Old Bridge learning center. In this role, you will create a warm, engaging classroom that supports each child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, maintain a safe and orderly environment, and build strong, trusting relationships with children and families. Collaborate with a supportive team, follow licensing and safety standards, and contribute to an inclusive culture focused on continuous learning and professional growth. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Supervise children at all times, ensuring health and safety standards are met. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom events. Observe and document children's development and learning milestones. Collaborate with center staff to support curriculum and center initiatives. Implement positive behavior guidance and social-emotional learning. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations and Kinder Care policies.
