Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that support early literacy, math, physical activity, and social-emotional development tailored for toddlers and infants Foster a safe, nurturing atmosphere that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management Conduct regular assessments of each child's developmental progress and adapt activities to meet individual needs Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's milestones, daily experiences, and any concerns through regular updates and meetings Maintain detailed classroom records, including lesson plans, child observations, incident reports, and compliance documentation in accordance with mandated reporting laws Manage classroom routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and transitions with patience and professionalism Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent classroom management practices and contribute to a supportive team environment Experience Prior experience working with children in a childcare or preschool setting, especially with infants and toddlers Knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and special education needs for young children Demonstrated ability to develop engaging curriculum content focused on literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and social skills Familiarity with classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and foster a respectful learning environment Experience communicating effectively with parents about child progress and classroom activities Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional credentials in early childhood education or childhood development are highly preferred Understanding of mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety regulations Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to nurturing the next generation.
