Join our vibrant educational team as a Toddler Teacher, where your passion for early childhood education will inspire our young learners a love for discovery. Your expertise in classroom management will ensure a safe, nurturing environment that encourages curiosity and growth. We are committed to supporting your professional development and providing rewarding experience as you help shape the foundational years of children's lives. Responsibilities; Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with Goddard's own proprietary 'Wonder of Learning' curriculum, including literacy education, math, physical education, and more. Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes active learning, creativity, and social-emotional development. Manage daily classroom activities to foster positive behavior management and ensure smooth classroom operations. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and developmental milestones through regular communication. Create a multi-cultural learning environment. Plan and implement activities to develop children's self esteem and social skills. Prepare and update Daily Activity Report for each child Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, childcare best practices, attend faculty meetings and in-service days. Preferred Qualifications Proven classroom experience working with children in early childhood settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies. Experience with curriculum development across core subjects such as literacy education, math, and physical education. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and community partners. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate hands-on activities and promote active participation. Certification in early childhood education or related fields .
Hours :
Monday ~ Friday / 9:00am ~ 6:00pm
Job Type:
Full-Time / 40hrs per week (8 hours shift daily) This is a
YEAR-ROUND POSITION.
