Join Team Child Care as an Assistant Site Supervisor in our Before & After School Program serving students in Kindergarten through 6th grade in the Hillsborough School District. This is a part-time position that works weekday afternoons during our afterschool program hours, making it an excellent opportunity for educators, college students, retirees, and professionals seeking meaningful part-time employment while making a positive impact in the lives of children. Assist in ensuring the delivery of a quality before and/or afterschool program that complies with all NJ Office of Licensing and Child Care Division requirements Support the Site Supervisor in the daily operation of the program while providing positive leadership and guidance to staff. Encourage children's social, emotional, academic, and physical growth through engaging activities and positive interactions. Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, staff, supervisors, and school personnel through effective communication. Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for children and staff. Attend required staff meetings, supervision meetings and professional development trainings.
