Helping Hands Learning Academy is looking for a caring, patient, and dependable Infant Caregiver to join our team. Infant classroom experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person! We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys caring for babies and understands that infant care requires patience, attentiveness, consistency, and lots of hands-on interaction. What We're Looking For

• A genuine love for babies and working with young children
• Patience and the ability to remain calm when babies are crying or multiple infants need attention at the same time
• Excellent reliability, punctuality, and attendance
• Willingness to learn and follow safe sleep, feeding, diapering, sanitation, and health and safety procedures
• Someone who enjoys getting on the floor to talk, sing, read, play, and interact with babies
• Ability to follow individual feeding, sleeping, and care routines
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Good communication with families, coworkers, and supervisors
• Willingness to complete required training and professional development Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to meet New Jersey child care licensing and background-check requirements
• Infant or child care experience is preferred, but not required
• Babysitting, family caregiving, nursery, volunteer, or similar experience with babies is welcomed We Will Train the Right Person You don't have to know everything on your first day.

We can teach our classroom procedures, routines, and expectations. What we can't teach is a genuine love for babies, patience, dependability, and the desire to learn.
