$17 per hour
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday The Learning Experience•Ramsey is seeking a nurturing and dependable Infant Teacher to support the growth and development of children during their earliest learning stages. This role focuses on creating a calm, responsive environment where infants feel secure while beginning to explore the world around them. Our infant classrooms emphasize bonding, sensory discovery, early communication, and individualized care through consistent routines and supportive interactions. Responsibilities Provide attentive, responsive care for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months Support feeding, diapering, and daily classroom routines Create a safe and engaging environment that encourages early development Follow classroom schedules designed to support sleep, play, and learning Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards Communicate daily with families about routines and developmental progress Work collaboratively with teaching team members and center leadership Follow all New Jersey licensing requirements and center policies Qualifications High school diploma required Prior infant or childcare experience preferred Comfortable supporting diapering and feeding routines Patient, reliable, and team-oriented Ability to meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements What We Offer Consistent weekday schedule Supportive team environment Professional development opportunities Growth pathways within early childhood education If you enjoy working with infants and creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and ready to grow, we encourage you to apply.
