Full-Time, Monday-Friday Toddler Teacher•Early Learning Classroom The Learning Experience•Ledgewood is hiring a Toddler Teacher to support children as they develop early communication skills, independence, and positive classroom routines in a structured learning environment. Responsibilities Support toddler classroom routines and daily transitions Encourage language development and social interaction Assist with meals, rest time, and toileting readiness Maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment Work collaboratively with teaching team members Ensure compliance with licensing standards Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Experience working with toddlers preferred Patient, dependable, and team-oriented Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
