Job Description

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our South Brunswick center to inspire and nurture young children through play-based learning. In this role, you'll design engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive growth. You will create a safe, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued, while building strong partnerships with families. Collaborating with a supportive team, you'll participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive, growth-minded culture focused on high-quality early childhood education. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's learning and well-being. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide programs and events. Implement positive behavior guidance and social-emotional learning. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Prepare classroom materials and organize learning centers. Support enrollment, transitions, and retention of families at the center.
