We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to work at our office location in South Brunswick, NJ.

Responsibilities:

Enter new hire information in ADP Processes driver settlements and payroll through Transportation Management System (TMW) Manage our Driver Sign-on and Referral Bonus process Administer employee benefit plans through ADP, including reconciliation of invoices Administer

FMLA, NJ

FLA, and NJ FLI processes Enter wage garnishment, unemployment, and third-party sick pay information in ADP and/or respond to state agencies Run, compare and analyze reports Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Experience with ADP WorkForce Now or similar HRIS Intermediate Excel Skills Data entry experience with strong attention to detail Experience working with Confidential information Experience working with
