Job Description (Responsibilities include, but are not limited to): The Assistant Teacher provides support to the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. This position assists with the implementation of daily classroom activities, supports children's educational and social development, and helps maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. The Assistant Teacher works closely with the Lead Teacher and the Center Director to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children while maintaining accurate daily records through our parent communication platform. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. CDA or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in an early childhood education setting preferred. Skills & Abilities Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude. Knowledge of child growth and developmental milestones. Familiarity with Creative Curriculum preferred. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
