The ideal candidate will provide a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. This role involves engaging with students in a classroom setting, implementing educational activities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of each child. Responsibilities Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a safe and productive learning atmosphere. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space. Provide first aid as needed and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Skills Experience working with students in a classroom or childcare setting is essential. Strong classroom management skills to create an effective learning environment. First aid certification is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification is necessary. Previous experience in childcare roles is advantageous.
