Partner with executive and senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies, operational priorities, and growth initiatives that support organizational goals and scalable portfolio management. Lead, mentor, and develop managers and team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, talent development, and succession planning. Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators, operational metrics, and management reporting to drive performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with business, technology, and operations partners to implement process improvements, automation solutions, and system enhancements that increase efficiency, strengthen controls, and improve the customer experience. Ensure adherence to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards while serving as the primary liaison for audits, regulatory examinations, compliance reviews, and remediation activities. Partner with Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, and business stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate operational, regulatory, and reputational risks across the servicing organization. Oversee critical third-party vendor and service provider relationships, including contract administration, performance management, risk oversight, and continuous evaluation of service delivery. Direct collateral management and loan documentation functions, including file room operations and asset pledging activities, ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance and operational integrity. Lead strategic initiatives including portfolio acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions integrations, servicing conversions, and complex loan issue resolution in partnership with Credit, Commercial Relationship Management, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Required Skills:
Strong change management and leadership skills. Extensive knowledge of expereience in commercial loan operations, servicing or loan administration. Advanced knowledge of commercial loan documentation, syndications, participation, SWAP, SBA and other specialized lending products. Experienced with driving and managing servicing system conversions and implementations. Proficient with IBS, nCino and other loan systems. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to exercise independent judgment skills to make decisions and solve problems. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments and distribute (work) among multiple direct reports. Microsoft Word and Excel PC skills at an intermediate level. Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced, environment.
Required Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) and a minimum of 7 years of Commercial Loan operations & Servicing and loan documentation experience along with strong managerial experience.
Preferred Experience:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, banking or a related field and 10 years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience.
