What You'll Do :

Create fun, engaging activities that inspire learning through play. Keep children safe, happy, and actively involved throughout the day. Encourage social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Read stories, sing songs, play games, and celebrate every milestone. Help with meals, diapering, potty training, naps, and daily routines. Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom. Use positive guidance and classroom management techniques to encourage respectful behavior. Observe children's development and communicate regularly with parents. Follow all licensing regulations, health and safety procedures, and mandated reporting requirements. We're Looking for Someone Who... Loves working with young children and has a warm, patient personality. Is dependable, positive, and enjoys working as part of a team. Has previous childcare, daycare, preschool, or nanny experience (preferred). Understands child development and enjoys helping children reach new milestones. Has (or is willing to obtain) Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification. Can multitask while keeping a smile on their face. Believes every child deserves to feel safe, included, loved, and encouraged.
