Job Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Preschool 3/4 Classroom Aide! In this dynamic role, you will support lead teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging, and structured environment for young learners aged three to four years old. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster social-emotional development, literacy, math skills, and positive behavior in a classroom setting. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early educational experiences while gaining valuable classroom management and teaching experience. Duties Assist lead teachers with implementing daily lesson plans aligned with preschool curriculum standards, including literacy, math, and social skills activities Support children's developmental needs by providing individualized attention and encouragement during classroom activities and routines Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that promotes learning and curiosity Engage children in age-appropriate play, group activities, and behavioral management strategies to foster positive interactions Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing tailored instructional strategies and behavior management techniques Assist with classroom setup, materials preparation, and cleanup to ensure smooth daily operations Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to promote a collaborative educational atmosphere Requirements Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early literacy and math education Experience working with children with autism or disabilities is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and staff Ability to follow lesson plans and assist in curriculum development tailored for preschool learners Technical proficiency with basic classroom technology and educational tools Demonstrated commitment to creating an inclusive environment that supports diverse learning needs Certification or coursework in special education or early childhood education is advantageous but not required Join us in shaping the future by inspiring young minds!
