KinderCare is seeking a Lead Teacher for Signature Preparatory, an early childhood program dedicated to nurturing each child's potential. The Lead Teacher designs and delivers developmentally appropriate lessons, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom. You will guide and mentor assistant teachers, assess student progress, and communicate consistently with families. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with Signature Preparatory standards. Lead classroom operations, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Coach and support assistant teachers and staff in best practices for early learning. Assess children's progress and maintain accurate documentation and reports. Communicate regularly with families about student growth and classroom activities. Ensure compliance with school, state, and licensing regulations and safety protocols. Collaborate with school leadership on curriculum, events, and continuous improvement initiatives.
