Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure health, safety, and positive behavior. Observe and document children's progress and development. Communicate regularly with families about child growth and classroom activities. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and programming. Maintain compliance with licensing, health, and safety standards. Set up and organize classroom materials and learning centers.
