Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences Follow all mandated reporting laws and health guidelines, including first aid, CPR, and pediatric first aid protocols Support individual needs of children with disabilities or special requirements through tailored care plans Manage classroom routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and transitions smoothly and efficiently Experience Prior experience working with infants or in early childhood education settings such as daycare centers or preschools Knowledge of childhood development instruction and behavior management techniques Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly valued Classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents and team members Familiarity with child supervision best practices, including nannying or babysitting roles involving infants or toddlers Certification in first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid, or related health safety training is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain required certifications upon hire Join us in shaping the earliest moments of children's lives by providing compassionate care and inspiring growth!
