Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities. Supervise and engage children in play and educational activities. Support the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills. Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress and behavior. Help with meal preparation and snack time supervision. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions. Provide individualized attention to children as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred. Previous experience in a childcare or educational setting is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. First Aid and CPR certification is a plus. Genuine love for children and a commitment to their development. Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling. Background check clearance required.
