Communicate regularly with families about student progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership on educational programs and school initiatives. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and lesson plans. Support students' social-emotional development through positive behavior strategies. Participate in professional development and training opportunities. Ensure classroom safety and adherence to school and Kinder Care policies. Use basic technology for instruction, communication, and record keeping.
