You will be task to care for and teach a class of children from 18 months to 3 years of age (Playgroup/ Pre-Nursery Classes). Engage them in storytelling, song and dance as well as plentiful of sensorial activities to work on their fine and gross motor skills.Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out the curriculum as per the centre's guidelines according to their teaching pedagogy.
- Foster a joy for learning and celebrating the children's developmental milestones.
- Give regular feedbacks to the parents on the development of their children with regards to lessons and daily routine care.
- Create a classroom environment that is safe, joyful and conducive for learning as well as ensure the delivery of age-appropriate activities and lessons.
- Guide and develop lifelong skills and values in children and engage them in purposeful play.
- Plan and conduct interactive and sensorial activities for the children to ignite their sense of wonder about the world around them.
Requirements:
- Minimum with a Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education or Advanced Certificate in Early Years - (CECCE or ACEY), Diploma in Child Psychology or Early Education (DECCE) - EY2/L1/L2
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives.
- Love to interact with young children between 18 months to 3 years of age.
