KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Huntington center to provide high-quality early childhood education and care. In this on-site role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom where children can explore, learn, and grow. You will design and deliver developmentally appropriate activities, observe and document progress, and partner closely with families. Working within KinderCare's collaborative culture, you'll receive ongoing training, support, and opportunities to advance while making a meaningful impact on young children's lives. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe and document children's growth, behavior, and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences. Support social-emotional development through positive guidance and nurturing interactions. Collaborate with center staff to uphold curriculum standards and center policies. Ensure compliance with state childcare regulations and licensing requirements. Participate in ongoing training and professional development offered by Kinder Care.
