• Lead and support a preschool or daycare classroom for ages 2 to 5
• Implement our L.E.A.P. Curriculum® in a childcare setting
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Build strong relationships with children and families
• Collaborate with staff to support enrollment and engagement goals
• Ensure the safety, supervision, and development of every child What You'll Bring
• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or on a Study Plan toward a Bachelor's degree
• Prior childcare, and daycare experience required
• Strong understanding of early childhood education and development
• Ability to manage classroom routines and meet children's daily needs
• Professional, patient, and team-oriented mindset
