licensed daycare providing high-quality care and education for children ages 8 weeks to 5 years old. As leaders in early childhood education, we implement both the Creative Curriculum and a literacy-based approach in our Pre-K classrooms—designed to leave a lasting and positive impact on every child we serve.

Full-Time Pre-School Teacher Pay is determined by education and experience - Starting pay is $20 per hour (CDA or Degree in Early Childhood Education

) We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Pre-School Teacher to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, nurturing, and committed to supporting the growth and development of children ages 3-5 years old. About the Role As a Pre-School Teacher at Kaleidoscope, you'll play a vital part in shaping each child's early learning experience through hands-on activities, structured lessons, and meaningful play. We are seeking someone who brings: A positive attitude Creativity and collaboration A strong understanding of early childhood development Our teachers support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth of children while building strong partnerships with families and fellow staff to create a fun, engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities Promote a "learning through play" philosophy aligned with curriculum goals Create an environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and kindness Ensure the daily physical, emotional, and educational needs of children are met Maintain clear, positive, and professional communication with parents Complete daily documentation (notes, attendance, incident/accident reports) Assist with mealtimes, transitions, and classroom routines Work collaboratively with coworkers to maintain a supportive teaching team Keep the classroom clean, organized, and rich with hands-on learning materials Physically able to lift/move up to 30 lbs and participate in floor activities Kaleidoscope Employee Incentives 2 weeks paid vacation 8 personal days Paid holidays Paid snow days 401(k) with employer match Paid professional development trainings Free CDA Program enrollment
