- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to meet the emotional, physical, and social needs of children
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all children
- Supervise children both indoors and outdoors
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop and maintain a positive learning atmosphere
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the daycare facility Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a daycare, classroom, or caregiving setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education techniques
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus
- A background in childcare, babysitting, or related fields is advantageous
