ASAP The Learning Experience•Hell's Kitchen is seeking a qualified and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you'll lead an engaging preschool classroom where children build the academic, social-emotional, and independence skills that prepare them for kindergarten and beyond. Using The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, you'll turn everyday experiences into meaningful opportunities to learn, explore, and grow. What You'll Do Plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate preschool experiences Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum Support early literacy, math, science, language, and social-emotional development Create a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment Observe children's progress and support individual developmental goals Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive behavior guidance Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families Collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership Maintain classroom safety, organization, and required documentation Follow applicable New York City childcare regulations and center policies Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or higher required Minimum of 90 college credits in Early Childhood Education required Previous preschool or early childhood classroom experience strongly preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices Dependable, nurturing, organized, and passionate about early education Must meet applicable New York City childcare requirements What We Offer $22•28 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Full-time Monday-Friday schedule Paid training and professional development Employee childcare discount Supportive center leadership Collaborative teaching environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Apply today to join The Learning Experience•Hell's Kitchen and help preschoolers build the confidence, curiosity, and skills they need for their next big step.
