Position Summary:

We are seeking a caring and reliable Part-Time Early Childhood Closers to join our team. The closer plays a key role in the afternoon program, ensuring children end their day in a safe and supportive environment. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and is looking for steady part-time hours.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old during afternoon activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Support children during transitions, snack, and pick-up time. Communicate positively with children, families, and staff. Ensure smooth closing procedures for the classroom and center.

Qualifications:

Experience working with young children preferred. Friendly, patient, and dependable personality. Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff. Must be at least 18 years old; high school diploma or equivalent required.
