Job Description
Overview Faith Christian Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher who has a heart for Christian education and a love for working with students. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and Christ-centered classroom environment where students are encouraged to grow academically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally. Responsibilities include planning and implementing lessons aligned with curriculum standards, integrating Biblical principles throughout instruction, maintaining positive classroom management, communicating effectively with parents and staff, and supporting the mission and values of the school. The Lead Teacher will serve as a positive role model, helping students develop strong character, leadership skills, and a biblical worldview. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed. Prior teaching experience and a degree in education are preferred.
