The ideal candidate will provide high-quality childcare to children of various ages and needs. The role requires the ability to create a nurturing environment that fosters learning, socialization, and emotional development. Our childcare provider will play a vital role in the growth and development of our young students.

• Responsibilities
• Provide childcare services to children from infancy to preschool age, including feeding, bathing, and changing diapers.
• Develop and implement engaging activities and lesson plans that cater to the children's interests and abilities.
• Create a safe and engaging environment that promotes socialization, exploration, and learning.
• Manage behaviors and provide positive reinforcement to encourage good behavior.
• Administer first aid and provide basic care when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment that meets health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the childcare team to ensure continuity of care and consistency in policies and procedures.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.
• Experience
• Experience working with children in a childcare setting, including infants and toddlers.

TLC Adventures in Child Care is a curriculum based daycare center that believes our teachers play an integral role in the success of our company. We are looking for 3 individuals who are successfully able to work as part of a team and have excellent verbal and written communication skills; 3 teachers are being sought. Flexibility, strong communication (written & verbal) and organizational skills are key to success with our company. The educational requirement for all positions is a high school diploma. All applicants must have an up to date physical & PPD and be able to pass both a State and Federal clearance.
