Overview Mona Prep is a small, close-knit preschool where we build strong relationships with children, families, and one another. We are seeking a 3-K Lead Teacher for September who believes young children learn through meaningful experiences, warm relationships, and active play. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, works well with a team, and brings both warmth and strong classroom management to each day. You should enjoy getting down on a child's level to listen, play, teach, and help them work through challenges. In this role, you will: Create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for 3-year-olds. Lead a classroom with clear routines, positive guidance, and attention to each child's safety. Build caring, professional relationships with children and families. Work closely with fellow teachers and contribute to a supportive school community. Notice what needs to be done and take initiative to help the classroom run smoothly.

Our ideal candidate has:

Experience teaching young children in a preschool setting. A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or at least 90 college credits and current enrollment in school. A genuine passion for children and their development. Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills. The drive to plan, follow through, and keep growing as an educator. Pay:

$56,070.00 - $70,000.00 per year
