We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and lives of young children. Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and nurturing learning environment where children can develop their cognitive, social, and emotional skills.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide a variety of learning experiences through play, storytelling, arts and crafts, and other interactive methods
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, kindness, and cooperation
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational program
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on their child's progress
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom
Skills:
- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with special education and early intervention strategies is a plus
- Strong classroom management skills to create an engaging and structured learning environment
- Ability to educate and inspire young children through creative teaching methods
