- Create lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methods, including Montessori principles, to engage preschool-aged children.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure a positive learning environment while maintaining child welfare and safety.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the overall development of each child.
- Conduct regular assessments of student progress and adapt teaching strategies as necessary to meet individual needs.
