As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills through engaging activities and structured lesson plans. Your expertise in toddler care, Montessori methods, and childhood development will be essential in creating an enriching educational experience for our students. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and promotes early intervention strategies.
  • Create lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methods, including Montessori principles, to engage preschool-aged children.
  • Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure a positive learning environment while maintaining child welfare and safety.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the overall development of each child.
  • Conduct regular assessments of student progress and adapt teaching strategies as necessary to meet individual needs.
  • Facilitate activities that promote social interaction, creativity, and critical thinking among students.
