Inspire Young Minds:
Plan and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans that introduce early math, literacy, science, and social skills through play-based learning.
Cultivate Community:
Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and positive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Support Growth:
Guide children in developing critical social-emotional skills, including empathy, sharing, independence, and conflict resolution. Partner with
Families:
Maintain open, friendly communication with parents regarding daily activities, behavioral milestones, and developmental progress.
Ensure Safety First:
Maintain active supervision, manage classroom routines, and uphold state licensing and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean, safe space. What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Education:
High School Diploma/GED required; [Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, Associate degree, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred].
Experience:
Minimum of [1-2 years] of experience working with children aged 3-5 in a licensed childcare setting.
Certifications:
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
Clearances:
Ability to pass a mandatory state background check, fingerprinting, and medical screening.
