KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers to join our Children's Beginnings program in our early childhood learning centers. In this role, you'll create a warm, engaging classroom where young children feel safe, supported, and inspired to explore. You will plan and lead developmentally appropriate, play-based activities aligned with KinderCare's curriculum, nurture each child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth, and maintain a clean, organized environment. You'll collaborate with a diverse team, communicate regularly with families, and grow your career within a supportive, learning-focused culture. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons and activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily activities. Follow Kinder Care's curriculum, policies, and safety procedures. Observe, document, and assess children's growth and learning milestones. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide events and programs. Manage classroom routines including meals, rest time, and transitions.
