Job Description

TSL Kids Crew is seeking a qualified, nurturing, and enthusiastic Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team in our 3-year-old classroom. This is a part-time position following the school calendar , making it an excellent opportunity for educators seeking a consistent schedule with school breaks and holidays off.
Position Details Schedule:
Monday-Friday Hours:
5.5 hours per day School-year position (follows local school calendar)
Salary:
$25,000 annually Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Maintain positive communication with families Complete classroom documentation and assessments as required Collaborate with administration and fellow staff members Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred CDA or equivalent early childhood credential considered Experience working with preschool-aged children Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to meet all OCFS requirements What We Offer School calendar schedule with holidays and breaks off Supportive leadership team Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children If you are passionate about early childhood education and creating engaging learning experiences for young children, we would love to hear from you.
