Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children during daily activities, playtime, and rest periods Assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum activities focused on childhood development and learning Support children with personal care routines such as feeding, diapering, and hygiene practices Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and daily experiences Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or well-being Support behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions among children Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings is highly preferred Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire) including pediatric first aid training Strong classroom management skills and ability to supervise children effectively Excellent communication skills for parent interactions and team collaboration Ability to handle multiple tasks with energy, patience, and enthusiasm in a dynamic environment This position is ideal for compassionate individuals eager to support young children's growth while developing their career in early childhood education.
