Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role requires creativity, patience, and the ability to engage with children effectively to promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote early learning in subjects such as math, literacy, and physical education. Manage classroom behavior effectively, creating a positive learning atmosphere that encourages participation and respect among students. Educate students through interactive activities, hands-on learning experiences, and play-based instruction. Assess student progress regularly and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all learners. Foster relationships with students and their families to support their educational journey. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience. Requirements A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or infant care certification/CDA required. CDA Tuition Assistance available with satisfactory job performance. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate various subjects including math and physical education.
