Sign on bonus of $1,500 paid for lead teachers• Company Overview Jubilee Child Day Care is a nurturing Christian early childhood program dedicated to fostering a warm, supportive environment where young children can learn, grow, and thrive. We are committed to providing high-quality care and education that emphasizes developmentally appropriate practices and values. Jubilee provides care for children aged 18 months to 5 years old. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and passionate Early Childcare Teacher to join our team! In this role, you will create engaging, developmentally suitable lesson plans, support children's social and emotional growth, and promote a positive learning environment. Your enthusiasm and dedication will inspire young learners and help lay the foundation for their future success. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Foster a safe, nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management strategies. Support children's emotional well-being by understanding childhood development stages and applying early intervention techniques when needed. Plan engaging activities that promote cognitive, motor, and social skills tailored to toddlers and preschoolers. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and support child welfare initiatives. Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and standardized testing results as required. Requirements Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field 9 credits toward an Early Childhood Education or related field CDA (Childhood Development Associate) Other qualified degree or training in Early Childhood Education •Bonus will be paid over the course of 6 months •Pay is based on qualifications and experience
Pay:
Up to $21.00 per hour
