We are looking to fill a child development associate position that prefers a degree in either early childhood education or an equivalent. Applicants that have an understanding of Step Up to Quality and ASQs are also preferred. Teachers will be using the Creative Curriculum to create lesson plans that include age appropriate and child directed activities. This position also involves duties such as developing age appropriate and child directed lesson plans, interacting with children of various developmental stages in an enthusiastic and friendly manner, diaper changing, interacting and meeting with parents each day, completing child assessments, serving meals, light cleaning, following all state licensing rules as well as participating in step up to quality, etc
