Requirements Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; prior classroom experience is essential. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across multiple domains such as literacy education, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other specialized early childhood educational approaches is preferred. Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and administrators. Ability to manage a classroom efficiently while fostering a positive learning environment through effective classroom management skills. Experience working with students requiring special education accommodations or behavioral support plans is a plus. Certification in early childhood education or equivalent credentials required; additional training in child welfare or toddler care is advantageous.
