Part Time Pre-School Aide:

St. Joseph School St. Joseph School - Avon Lake Pre-K Aide St. Joseph Parish School Preschool in Avon Lake is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pre-K Aide to join our team. This position supports our preschool program by working three days per week in our Pre-K classroom and two mornings per week in our Three-Year-Old classroom. The ideal candidate will assist teachers in creating a nurturing, structured, and engaging learning environment that supports the social, emotional, spiritual, and academic development of young children. Responsibilities Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson implementation Support students with learning activities, classroom routines, and social development Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Supervise students during classroom activities, outdoor play, and transitions Provide individualized attention and support to students as needed Foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff Support the mission and values of St. Joseph Parish School Preschool Qualifications Prior experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Commitment to supporting a faith-based educational environment

Schedule Monday, Wednesday, Friday:

7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Tuesday, Thursday:
