About the team and position The Lot Attendant, Dealership Operations ensures the dealership's inventory is organized, maintained, and ready for service or sale. This role manages the physical flow of vehicles, lot presentation, and vehicle preparation, directly supporting both service and sales operations. By combining diligence, safe driving practices, and attention to detail, the Lot Attendant helps the dealership maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction. What you'll be doing
Vehicle Movement and Organization:
Safely transporting, moving, and staging vehicles across the lot and premises to maintain optimal space and accessibility.
Lot Presentation:
Ensuring the vehicle lot, showroom areas, and service drive are consistently clean, organized, and professional in appearance.
Inspection and Reporting:
Assisting with the check-in process for incoming vehicles, conducting basic visual inspections for damage, and reporting any defects or issues to management.
Dealership Support:
Transporting customers to and from the dealership, picking up parts, or assisting various departments as directed by leadership. What you should have Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. May be requested to work overtime and weekends for special programs and events. Frequent standing and sitting with varying periods of each. Lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
