Build meaningful relationships with children and families. Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum. Encourage children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Work collaboratively with a positive and supportive teaching team. Maintain licensing standards and classroom excellence. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. CDA, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required. Previous childcare or teaching experience is preferred. Passion for working with young children. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to meet all Ohio licensing requirements.
