Observe and assess children's growth and developmental progress. Partner with families through positive communication and collaboration. Current or willing to obtain ODJFS-required certifications: First Aid CPR Child Abuse Recognition Communicable Disease Prevention Commitment to ongoing professional development, including Step Up To Quality training requirements. Ability to meet all ODJFS, Step Up To Quality, USDA CACFP, Healthy Ohio, and Teaching Strategies Gold requirements. ?
