Curriculum is provided but can be purposely adapted by teachers. Foster a nurturing and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support student development. Manage classroom behavior and implement positive discipline strategies. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and teaching practices. Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs. Requirements Education in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with young children in an educational setting preferred. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students and families. Ability to manage classroom dynamics and promote positive behavior.
