Your expertise will support their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through innovative lesson planning and compassionate care. Manage classroom routines efficiently, ensuring safety and well-being at all times for children in daycare or preschool settings. Collaborate with families, teachers, and specialists to support individual learning plans and child welfare initiatives. Conduct assessments to monitor progress using standardized testing methods when applicable, adjusting lesson plans accordingly. Maintain detailed records of children's development milestones, attendance, and classroom activities to ensure compliance with licensing standards. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education methodologies such as Montessori approaches. Proven experience in classroom management, lesson planning, and working with children across diverse backgrounds. Expertise in curriculum development tailored to preschool age groups with an emphasis on literacy education and math skills. Ability to implement behavior management techniques that foster positive social interactions. Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with children, parents, and team members. Familiarity with daycare regulations, private school standards, and classroom experience in preschool or toddler care environments.
