Job Overview Little Learners is seeking a passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team. As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children in a safe and stimulating environment. Responsibilities Create a positive classroom environment that encourages children to explore and engage. Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students. Provide care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents as needed. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that is conducive to learning. Engage with parents and guardians to discuss their child's development and address any concerns. Requirements Proven experience working with children in preschool settings or similar environments. Background in early childhood education or related field is preferred. Strong skills in behavior management and classroom management techniques. Experience in infant care is highly desirable. Ability to educate children through creative play, structured activities, and hands-on learning experiences. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. A nurturing attitude with a genuine love for teaching and caring for young children.
