Job Description JRC Learning Center is currently hiring a passionate and dedicated Toddler Co-Lead Teacher to join our team. You'll work collaboratively to create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that promotes social, physical, verbal, and cognitive development in young children, preparing them for success in kindergarten and beyond.

Salary Range :

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour

• A minimum of an Infant/Toddler (Child Development Associate credential) or an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education (Required)
• Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification (Required)
• Required certifications within 90 days: First-Aid, Communicable Disease, CPR (infant/child/adult), and Child Abuse Certifications
• Proven experience in an early education center
• Ability to attend continuing training classes
• A love for children and a strong desire to teach and make a difference
• Understanding of child development skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with families and coworkers
• Required to drive the bus to transport children during fieldtrips

• Working cooperatively with the lead teacher to teach and implement activities and plans
• Implementing activities that ensure the safety, involvement, and creativity of each child
