Daycare Substitute Teacher — Pick Your Own Shifts Wild Roots Preschool & Daycare is seeking dependable, caring substitute teachers for our Mayfield Heights center. Choose available shifts directly through the Connecteam app. Pick up only the days and times that work for you—there is no required weekly schedule. Once you accept a shift, we depend on you to arrive on time and work the full shift.

Responsibilities:

Support classroom routines and activities Supervise and engage children through play and learning Maintain a safe, positive environment Follow center policies and teacher instructions Assist with classroom organization and cleaning

Qualifications:

Dependable, punctual, and adaptable Caring and comfortable working with children Experience with children preferred Able to lift up to 25 pounds Willing to complete required training
