We are seeking several additional teachers to join our organization! This individual will present age appropriate activities for children, following the Guided Creative Curriculum. Hiring Infant, Toddler, and Preschool Teachers. Floaters will be asked to fill in for whichever age group requires an additional teacher, with preference considered - part/full time available Substitutes will be asked to fill in for a staff member calling off Accepting applicants now

Responsibilities:

PRESCHOOL

Instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth

INFANT/TODDLER

Facilitate learning activities & engage with play for development

SCHOOL AGE

(TBA) Maintain a fun and safe learning environment Follow policies, schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, care, rest, and playtime Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents Maintain the health and safety of all students

Qualifications:

Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields (preferred, but not required) Passionate about working with children Ability to build rapport with children Positive and patient demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills 18+, high school graduate, or 2 years of Early Childhood credits High school diploma/equivalency required Willingness to learn Background check required

Education:

Opportunities for continued education in the field of Early Childhood Education (ECE) are available through the Ohio Child Care Resource & Referral Association (OCCRRA), with potential for career growth Entry level (no experience & high school diploma/high school equivalency or 2 years Early Childhood credits) Wage varies beyond entry level based on experience and relevant education
