LEAD TEACHER Duties & Responsibilities:
At Victorum Learning Center, the staff act as pieces of a puzzle. Each piece presents unique angles and portions of the overall picture are critical to the continuation of the mission. The Lead Teacher serves primarily as a vital part of the teaching team and is responsible for the completion of classroom-level duties & responsibilities. Lead Teachers are required to direct and oversee the completion of documentation, assessments, communication, lesson planning, and direct curriculum implementation as well as custodial support. The Lead Teacher is an important position, requiring connections with students & families that extend beyond the classroom. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED Level 3 OCCRRA CPL Flexible Availability Ability to Lift up to 35lbs Repeatedly (Depending on Assigned Age Group) Basic MS Office Knowledge/Ability Positive Attitude Excellent Verbal Communication Excellent Written Communication Loving & Caring Disposition Responsibilities & Duties Complete Required Training as Necessary Communication with Administration, Faculty, & Parents Perform Functions of Lead Teacher (Classroom Management, Education, Supervision) Cleaning & Sanitizing of VLC Assets Hygienic Needs of Students Support Daily Routines & Structures Completion of Weekly Lesson Plans Documentation of Portfolios/TSG Join our team as a Lead Teacher and make a positive impact on the lives of children through quality education.
